The Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victim as Parrish Broughton, 20.

The shooting was reported at 1:17 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Diamond Heights Boulevard and Gold Mine Drive.

Broughton was taken to a hospital where he died Tuesday, police Officer Albie Esparza said Wednesday.
