The trial of Joshua Calder, who authorities say was driving drunk when he killed German cyclist Yannick Linke, ran into some more delays Tuesday. The judge continued the case until more information regarding Calder’s Department of Motor Vehicles record becomes available.

Outside the hearing, Calder’s attorney said the San Francisco State University administrator was taking the proceedings “very seriously” and that his driver’s license was still suspended by the DMV.

Calder is expected back in court on March 15.
