Tripping during the Zazzle Bay to Breakers not only kept a man from reaching the finish line, but it landed him in jail.Daniel Frank, 21, of Santa Clara is facing serious charges after allegedly taking a hard drug, possibly LSD, during the zany 12-kilometer footrace.
