A state appeals court has upheld the two-year sentence and vehicular manslaughter conviction of the woman accused of causing a freeway crash that killed two members of the Tongan royal family and their driver.

Delgado, now 20, was driving a Ford Mustang that sideswiped a sport utility vehicle carrying the Tongan prince and princess in July 2006.

She was convicted of three counts of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter and sentenced to two years in county jail.
