      <description>&lt;p&gt;Sometime between 5 p.m. Nov. 8 and 12:30 p.m. Nov. 11, a person broke into a vacant home in the 500 block of 11th Avenue. The house is up for sale and is currently being staged with rental furniture. The person took various pieces of furniture that were in the home, possibly with the aid of a van in the early morning.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Unusual trespasser</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;At 11 a.m. Nov. 13, an officer was sent to investigate a trespassing case in the unit block of Ocean Avenue. A witness told the officer that they had observed a man in the area with his zipper down on several previous occasions.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The witness said that he instructed his staff to call the police if any of them observed the man on the property. One of the staff members saw the man taking pictures on the property without anyone&amp;rsquo;s consent. The witness signed a &lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
citizen&amp;rsquo;s arrest and the man was arrested.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;At 11:07 p.m. Nov. 9, a man ran into the lobby of the police station to report that someone in a bar in the 700 block of Vallejo Street was being assaulted with a knife. Officers responded and saw two people across the street from the station near the alley and called for them to stop. One 24-year-old San Francisco man was bleeding from a gash on his neck. A 51-year-old woman was detained and a bloody straight razor was found nearby. The man said he attempted to talk with the woman in the bar when she took a swing at him, contacting his face and neck. The woman was booked for attempted homicide, due to the weapon and injury.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Just a cell phone</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;At 8 p.m. Nov. 9, a man and a woman at Stonestown galleria in the 3200 block of 20th Avenue were arguing over a cell phone while the woman was in the company of a small child. The man then threatened the woman with bodily harm and kept her from leaving the area. Stonestown security intervened and the man threatened a security officer. The man then ran away, but was chased down by officers. He violently resisted arrest. The Oakland resident was arrested for criminal threats, false imprisonment, resisting arrest and a marijuana warrant from Alameda County. &lt;br /&gt;&#xD;

      <title>Ordered at gunpoint</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Ordered at gunpoint: Approximately 6:33 p.m. Monday, police received several 9-1-1 calls reporting a robbery in progress in the 700 block of Pierce Road. Officers quickly responded to the area and made contact with two victims. &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The victims told officers that the first victim had walked out of his residence to his vehicle to get some items when he was approached by two subjects, both armed with handguns. The suspects ordered him, at gunpoint, back into his residence where the victim&amp;rsquo;s girlfriend was inside. Once inside, the suspects held both victims at gunpoint, threatening them harm unless they followed their orders. The suspects then removed several electronic items as well as an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene. Officers searched the area and failed to locate the suspects. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
