One person was arrested and seven others detained after shots were fired at an unmarked police car near India Basin early Tuesday morning, Officer Albie Esparza said.
Leafaitulagi Ioani, 18, of San Francisco was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license and evading police after she and two other drivers sped off after the shooting, Esparza said. It’s unclear who fired the gun, according to police.
A man was stabbed in the ear with an unloaded syringe and his beer was stolen during a vicious brawl with another man in the Tenderloin Monday, police said.
