Two men were forced to strip naked at gunpoint before being robbed and carjacked in the Mission district Sunday, police Officer Albie Esparza said.The two victims, men aged 34 to 40, were sitting in their car at Sycamore and San Carlos streets about 9 p.m. when two more men between the ages of 18 and 20 held them up at gunpoint.
A man was critically injured in a hit-and-run accident on Lombard Street on Saturday night, police said.The 24-year-old victim was hit when he reportedly ran across Lombard at about 11:40 p.m. outside the crosswalk.The driver failed to stop and fled the scene, police said.
