A fight between a man and woman drew blood in the Ingleside district Monday. The 30-year-old woman stabbed the 27-year-old man in the stomach with a knife during the brawl, which occurred in the 200 block of Holloway Avenue around 9 p.m.Then the man bit the woman in the hand and fled the scene, police said. A bank thief used a pizza box to store the cash he stole during a heist in the Marina district on Jan. 30.The robbery occurred at a bank in the 2000 block of Union Street around 4:30 p.m., police said. The suspect, a man in his 20s, passed a note to the teller demanding money. Man shot while driving in SoMa

A 22-year-old man was shot in the shoulder while driving in the South of Market area Sunday morning, police said. The man was driving near Fourth and Howard streets around 4:30 a.m. when he heard a gunshot and realized he’d been shot in the shoulder, cops said. A San Francisco woman told police that fraudsters purchased 11 BART tickets, each with $100 in value, using her bank account on Wednesday.The woman told Ingleside Station police officers nothing was stolen from her purse so she had no idea how the purchases were made. Bicyclist busted for running red light

A bicyclist who ran a red light in San Francisco ended up in jail on Wednesday, police said.Cops stopped the bicyclist as he rolled through the red light at Mission Street and Santa Rosa Avenue around 10:15 a.m.The officers discovered the rider was on active parole. They searched him, found drugs and booked him at Ingleside Station, police said.He was also cited for the red light violation.

A woman was sipping coffee and texting at the Peets on Third and Mission streets Tuesday at about 3:30 p.m. when a thief snatched her phone and took off down the street. The woman, not willing to give up her prized smart phone so easily, chased after the suspect, according to officers over at the Southern Police Station. While the thief got away, he dropped a phone during his escape. But it wasn’t the victim’s phone. It was his own.
