San Mateo Assemblyman Jerry Hill is holding a news conference Wednesday to announce legislation that authorizes judges to repeal licenses from drivers with three or more DUIs. The event will be at San Mateo County Superior Court. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimates that one-third of the annual 1.5 million DUI arrests are repeat offenders.
