Berkeley grad argued for Prop 8

Theodore Olson graduated from Boalt Hall at UC Berkeley and defended President Ronald Reagan during the Iran-Contra affair.

Theodore Olson is the former U.S. solicitor general who teamed up with David Boies to argue the case for Prop. 8, bringing together the two opposing lawyers who are best known for representing George W. Bush and Al Gore in the disputed 2000 election. Olson, who graduated from Boalt Hall at UC Berkeley, defended President Ronald Reagan during the Iran-Contra affair.
