Some southbound passengers using Caltrain this morning are experiencing 10- to 25-minute delays during their commute.
The delays started at 8 a.m. and are affecting the No. 210 and No. 312 trains, which both carry passengers to San Jose. The No. 210 train is experiencing 25-minute delays, and the No. 312 train has been set back 10 minutes. The delays were caused by trackway problems, according to an alert posted on the region’s Transit 511 website.
The No. 312 train is an express train that makes limited stops between San Francisco and San Jose. The No. 210 train makes stops at every station between San Carlos and San Jose.
