Goodbye sunshine, hello rain.
The recent spell of dry weather came to an end Sunday night, and the National Weather Service predicts a slight chance of precipitation today and Wednesday.
For the start of the workweek, a 20 percent chance of rain will greet commuters in San Francisco, but the small storm will likely be mild. Winds are only expected to
reach 10 mph.
And the weather service is expecting a weaker storm to return to the Bay Area by Wednesday evening and last into Thursday, bringing with it a slight chance of rain.
Temperatures will remain mild throughout the week, with highs reaching 59 degrees by Tuesday. Overnight lows will be in the mid-40s.
