A medical emergency at BART’s San Leandro station is causing delays of about 20 minutes this afternoon, a dispatcher said.

The medical emergency was reported at 1:14 p.m. It has since been cleared from the station but is causing residual delays for trains headed to Richmond and Daly City, the dispatcher said at 1:40 p.m.
