Oakland police are searching for suspects in a Sunday afternoon shooting that injured one person, a police officer said.
Officers responded to the 700 block of 29th Street just before 4:30 p.m. on reports of a shooting, Oakland police Officer Kevin McDonald said.
Police found one person suffering from a gunshot wound. A friend drove the victim to the hospital, he said. The victim was in stable condition.
Oakland police have not made any arrests in the case.
