Two men arrested in stabbing at Walnut Creek car wash

Police arrested two men suspected of stabbing victims at a car wash in Walnut Creek on Monday night.

Officers responded to reports of a fight involving five people at a car wash in the 2900 block of North Main Street shortly before 9 p.m., police said.

Police discovered two victims suffering from stab wounds to the torso. Both victims were taken to John Muir Medical Center where they underwent surgery and are in stable condition.

A third victim was discovered with stab wounds to the forearm and the victim refused medical treatment, police said.

Police arrested Jorge and Rogelio Argueta of Walnut Creek on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. The men were booked into Martinez Detention Facility on $50,000 bail.
