A man was taken to a hospital in critical condition Tuesday night after a shooting in Oakland, police said.

Police responded to an area near 65th and Herzog streets shortly before 10 p.m. and found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said.

No suspects were in custody as of this morning. Further information regarding the incident was not immediately available.
