Police have shut down parts of a Berkeley neighborhood this morning because of a man who is barricaded in a home, a police spokeswoman said.
The suspect is barricaded in the area of Parker and Acton streets, police Sgt. Mary Kusmiss said.
The incident began at about 7 a.m., she said.
