A Southwest Airlines flight that took off from Oakland International Airport on Tuesday morning had to turn around and land back in Oakland because of a flap problem, an airport duty manager said.
The flight, which was bound for Denver, landed safely back in Oakland at about 7:30 a.m.
The duty manager said the incident was minor.
