Firefighters are rescuing someone from the cliffs near the Half Moon Bay Golf Links Monday afternoon, a San Mateo County fire dispatcher said.
Someone in distress was reported at 2:47 p.m. on the cliffs near the golf course, located at 2 Miramontes Point Road, the dispatcher said.
He said rescue attempts were still under way as of 4:50 p.m., but did not have any additional information about the incident.
