Redwood High School lauded by state schools chief

Jack O’Connell, the state superintendent of schools, this week named Redwood High School in Redwood City as a 2011 Model Continuation High School for its programs helping students stay in school. Twenty-seven schools were selected for the honor statewide. Selected schools retain their titles for three years and must submit an annual assurance of compliance with guidelines.
