INGLEWOOD, CALIF. — Authorities say a bomb squad was called after a live hand grenade was brought to a "Gifts for Guns" exchange in Inglewood.

Inglewood Police Lt. Mike McBride says the bomb squad disposed of the weapon Saturday.

Because police had promised "no questions asked" at the exchange, no one was arrested for possessing the explosive device.

Police offered $100 gift cards for each weapon surrendered. In addition to the grenade, 157 guns were collected.
