Man stabbed after altercation in Glen Park

SAN FRANCISCO — A man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being stabbed early this morning near Glen Park.

The victim, whose identity has not been released, was stabbed after getting into an altercation with another man on the unit block of Chenery Street at 3:45 a.m., according to the San Francisco Police Department. The victim was stabbed at least once and transferred to a nearby medical center with serious injuries, police said.

The assailant, whose name has also not been released, was arrested, police said.
