BELMONT — Belmont resident Colleen You, has been elected to the California State PTA as vice president of health. She was elected to the two-year term at the association’s 110th annual convention in San Jose in the spring. You was previously president of the San Mateo County PTA and is a former local school board member for the Belmont-Redwood Shores district. She’s married with two children.
