San Francisco SPCA recovers stolen puppy

James the puppy was returned to the SPCA after being reported stolen Tuesday. The organization said he appears happy and healthy. James was set to be taken home by his adopters Tuesday before disappearing. The dog was returned by a woman who said she bought him for $200 outside a Safeway on Mission Street.
