The San Francisco Medical Examiner has identified the victim of a fatal fire that took place in San Francisco Saturday afternoon as 59-year-old Edward Chadwick of San Francisco.

KTVU is reporting the fire occurred around noon on McAllister Street near Broderick. San Francisco fire officials said Sunday that they could not provide further information on the fire.
