Underground Muni service is returning to normal after a T-Third Street line lost power at Powell Street Station causing a back up in the tunnel.
Muni spokesman Paul Rose said the light rail line heading inbound lost power around 1:55 p.m. Thursday. The car was finally cleared by 2:10 p.m.
Outbound trains were not affected. The back up caused by the stalled train should be returning to normal, Rose said.
