The hacker group Anonymous says there will be no holiday off from protesting BART – a demonstration is scheduled for 5 p.m. Monday at Civic Center Station.

The group says it will plan protests every Monday evening until BART meets its demands.

It has called on BART to disarm and retrain its police officer, fire its police chief and spokesman, publicly apologize for shutting down cell phone service and reopen the investigation into the killing of Charles Hill at Civic Center Station.

Protests against BART started after Hill’s death. The transient was shot by BART police on the train platform of the Civic Center station July 3.

A half-hour before Monday’s protest, the group No Justice No BART will hold a news conference at the BART station to discuss details of a demonstration Thursday.
