Muni passengers should be advised of scheduling changes and route closures due to today’s funeral ceremonies for two fallen San Francisco firefighters.

The ceremonies, which are expected to affect transit and traffic conditions from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. will alter several bus and light-rail lines. Delays are expected on 14 different bus lines, including the 5-Fulton and 38-Geary, and two light-rail lines, the N-Judah and the L-Taraval. Twelve bus lines and two light-rail lines will also be rerouted to accommodate the proceedings. The line most affected by today’s event will by the 38-Geary and the 38-Geary Limited, which will be rerouted from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
