Self-described as an unemployed taxi driver and president for the past two years of the Sunnydale Tenants Association, Harold Miller is set to launch a campaign for San Francisco mayor on Monday. He is a relatively late entry into a crowded field of candidates in the November election, with at least nine hopefuls already declared.
