A mentally challenged teen who was reported missing after she was separated from a friend this morning at the finish line of the Bay to Breakers race has returned home, her mother Jennifer Ostergard said tonight.

Olivia Ostergard, 17, was found in good health, according to San Francisco police. Officers were interviewing her.
