Five people were displaced Monday night due to a one-alarm fire at a home in San Francisco’s Mission district, a fire dispatcher said.
The residential fire at 1454 Alabama St., which is between Cesar Chavez and 26th Street, was reported at about 10:25 p.m. and the flames were extinguished by 10:40 p.m.
Four adults and one child were displaced from their home in the two-story building, the dispatcher said.
The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage were not known as of this morning.
