A bicyclist was fighting for her life after being struck by a car on Haight Street on Saturday, police said.
The 42-year-old cyclist was riding in the wrong direction westbound on Haight Street when she was struck by a car headed southbound on Masonic Avenue just past 6 p.m., police said.
The woman suffered a head injury that was considered life threatening, and a leg fracture. She was rushed to San Francisco General Hospital, police said.
