Full House home bought by show’s producer

The large Victorian house for sale at 1709 Broderick St. has sold, four months after its listing made headlines.

Best known as the home from 1990s TV show Full House, the property was sold to Full House executive producer Jeff Franklin for $4 million.

The Hollywood Reporter first broke the news, stating that Franklin plans to use the four-bedroom, four-bathroom house as a film location, and plans to eventually open it up to the public.

“The house came on the market and really, I just thought, I have to buy this house,” Franklin told The Hollywood Reporter on Wednesday afternoon. “I’m so sentimental about the house. It’s great to have the house in our Full House family and be able to preserve it for the fans.”
