There appears to be a crack in Gwyneth Paltrow’s perfect little life. The actress blogs like crazy about stress-free entertaining, healthy food, fashion, yada yada yada -- all under the assumption that her readers can afford hand-woven cotton socks dyed with squid ink.

Her new book, “It’s All Good,” comes out in April and outlines how she feeds herself and her family -- and she’s already getting a lot of flack for it. Her kids, Apple and Moses, are on a carb-free diet, which she admits can leave them feeling hungry.

"Sometimes when my family is not eating pasta, bread or processed grains like white rice, we’re left with that specific hunger that comes with avoiding carbs."

The tabloids jumped on this (“She’s starving her children!!”) and the U.K.’s Daily Mail went as far as to find nutritionists that slammed the practice and pointed out how thin her kids are.

Hmm… not exactly fair, but really, no carbs -- ever?
