Another day, another horrible life decision made by Lindsay Lohan. This time she has reportedly rejected a plea deal to go into rehab and will instead go to trial over charges that she lied to police after a fender-bender last summer.

According to the New York Post, Lilo is adamant that she is innocent and is sure that the truth will come out in a trial, despite loads of evidence to the contrary. Here’s something funny: Part of the plea deal could have included the actress giving “motivational speeches.” Instead, she’s looking at 245 days in jail-- plenty of time to question her motivations alright.
