Evidently the rumors that Angelina Jolie doesn’t get along with Brad Pitt’s family are false. Well, either that, or a woman with six kids will take any help she can get: The Oscar-winning actress was spotted spending family time with Bill and Jane Pitt, plus her and partner Brad’s brood of rugrats, in Budapest, Hungary, over the weekend.
Missouri resident Jane, who was close with Brad’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston during their marriage and has been said to remain in touch with the former “Friends” star, is rumored to have a frosty relationship with the globe-trotting, convention-defying Angie.
But the Pitts were spotted visiting a play center in a Budapest shopping complex with the “Salt” star and Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne.
Think Angelina and the Pitts have made peace … or just formed a truce for the grandkids’ sake? Not to read too much into paparazzi photos, but we couldn’t help noticing that Grandma and Grandpa were walking a few paces behind their de facto daughter-in-law.
All right already, Jessica Simpson … this is getting to be a little ridiculous. The singer hasn’t confirmed that she’s pregnant, but Monday side-view photos of her belly encased in tight black clothing would seem to leave little room for doubt that she and fiance Eric Johnson are expecting their first child.
Tabloids have been buzzing for some time with speculation that Jessica is sporting a baby bump. But the former “Newlyweds” star has remained mum (no pun intended) and, per one report, she is rumored to have been holding back on making the news official because she wanted to cash in on the big reveal. According to the New York Post, Jessica and dad-manager Joe Simpson were seeking a $500,000 deal to discuss her pregnancy exclusively with one magazine, and later debut baby photos.
Here’s the thing, Jess (hypothetically speaking, of course): You can’t exactly do hardball negotiations on a pregnancy announcement, because the longer those deal talks drag out, the less leverage you have. (P.S. We would happily congratulate you if you confirmed the happy news!)
After dating heartthrob crooner Enrique Iglesias for some 10 years, Anna Kournikova says she doesn’t care whether or not they ever wed.
“[Marriage] isn’t important to me. I’m in a happy relationship — that’s all that matters,” the tennis player explains to Women’s Health magazine.
“I believe in commitment,” says the blond beauty, who says she definitely wants to have children. “I believe in being open and trusting each other and respecting each other completely.”
Well, that sounds pretty right-on. As much as we love sighing over attractive stars’ wedding pictures, we can’t blame Anna and Enrique for taking an “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” attitude toward their relationship … which is one of the longer-running celeb couplings around.
