Do Kim Kardashian’s sisters hate her new hubby? According to an Us report, the socialite’s siblings, Kourtney and Khloe, haven’t warmed up to basketballer Kris Humphries, who wed Kim in a lavish ceremony last month.
The Kardashian family is famously tight, and the tabloid claims that Kris is just not fitting in. On a trip to Bora Bora in April, he allegedly sniped that Kourtney was a “slave” to son Mason (uh, it’s called parenting) and annoyed the fam by roughhousing with his future wife.
“He’s like this weird, big clumsy oaf,” sniffs a source. “Kris is getting famous for marrying a Kardashian.”
Well, that first statement might be uncalled-for, but it’s hard to argue with the second.
Demi: Life-Saving Rehab
Demi Lovato says rehab saved her life — and she wants to be a role model for other girls battling eating disorders.
“There was nobody out there for me to look at and say maybe this is unhealthy,” the 19-year-old singer-actress recalled in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres set to air today. “I want to be that for a 13-year old girl at home deciding whether or not to eat dinner, or an 18-year-old girl deciding whether or not to keep her breakfast down.”
The former “Sonny With a Chance” star recalls feeling pressure to be thin during “the time in the tabloids when very, very skinny girls were on the cover of every magazine, and that’s what I was looking up to. That’s what I had to idolize. I don’t want that for young girls to idolize.”
But she credits the experience with transforming her.
“So many things were going great in my life, and then all of a sudden my personal life just went down at crazy speeds,” admits Demi. “I had a negative breakdown and it changed my life forever. But if I hadn’t gone into treatment, I don’t know if ... I’d be alive today.”
We’re so happy that Demi turned her life around! But maybe she could spend a little more time focusing on her own healing before she takes on the pressure of being a role model for girls just a year or two younger than herself.
Fantasia Barrino is pregnant — and her boyfriend, Antwaun Cook, is still legally married to his estranged wife Paula, who called the singer out in divorce papers. Now the former “American Idol” winner is reportedly planning a baby shower ... for the day of her man’s wedding anniversary.
“Fantasia is really taking every opportunity she can to stick it to Antwaun’s ex,” an insider tells Radar Online. “She’s planning her baby shower for Oct. 1, which is Antwaun’s wedding anniversary with Paula. It’s the low of lows.”
Fantasia made headlines for a reported suicide attempt a year ago, during the divorce drama. But the relationship is evidently still going strong.
“By planning her baby shower for that day, both Antwaun and Fantasia are showing complete disregard for Paula,” the source fumes. “She’s already been through enough with everything that’s went down.”
The baby is reportedly due Dec. 27.
