PG&E's Kick-off Party Celebrates Pride: On Thursday at the Bently Reserve, comedian Sandra Bernhard appeared at a gathering to honor LGBT community leaders. The bash, presented by PG&E and hosted by Mark Rhoades, was a benefit for the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund. 

Spinsters celebrate at 82nd annual ball

Spinsters of San Francisco ball: The women’s social and philanthropic group held its 82nd annual ball June 18 at the Fairmont hotel in San Francisco. Outgoing President Liz Brusca toasted incoming President Ashley Hayes at midnight. Co-chaired by Hadar Gordon and Libby Leffler and vice chaired by Leslie Wong and Krista DeRose, the black-tie event featured cocktails, dining and dancing.

2011 San Francisco Debutante Ball: The Women’s Board of California Pacific Medical Center Foundation held its annual debutante event June 17 at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco.
