Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Tuesday for the 2010 Treasure Island Music Festival on Oct. 16 and 17, which features headliners LCD Soundsystem and Belle & Sebastian, making its first Bay Area appearance in four years.
The fourth annual festival, presented by Noise Pop and Another Planet Entertainment, includes big names in the dance/electronic world Saturday and indie-rock acts Sunday.
Along with LCD Soundsystem, Saturday’s lineup features Deadmau5, Kruder & Dorfmeister (live), Miike Snow, Die Antwoord, Little Dragon, Four Tet, Holy F---, Phantogram, Jamaica, Wallpaper and Maus Haus.
Sunday offers Belle & Sebastian, The National, Broken Social Scene, She & Him, Superchunk, Rogue Wave, Surfer Blood, Ra Ra Riot, Monotonix, The Sea & the Cake, Phosphorescent, Papercuts and the Mumlers.
Promoters advise that parking isn’t available on the island, but there are free shuttles from AT&T Park in The City to provide transit to and from the festival.
Single-day general admission is $67.50, two-day early bird tickets are $99.99, two-day general tickets are $119.50, a single-day VIP two pack is $249.50 and a two-day VIP two pack costs $475.
Two-day and VIP tickets are on sale today on the festival website. Single-day tickets, including a limited amount of reduced-priced early bird tickets, go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.
