Scoop: Ryan O’Neal not in Farrah Fawcett’s will

Farrah Fawcett’s will reveals some big surprises, according to Radar Online, which claims to have obtained a copy of the document. For starters: The “Charlie’s Angels” star is said to have left out longtime lover Ryan O’Neal.
And that’s not all: While Ryan wasn’t even named, former beau Greg Lott — who recently told tabloids he was having a secret affair with Farrah until close to the time of her death — was bequeathed $100,000.
Meanwhile, son Redmond was reportedly given the lion’s share of the actress’s estate: $4.5 million.
We hope the currently rehabbing Redmond’s troubles with drugs and the law are behind him, and he uses that money to start his life over rather than fritter it away.
Brooke’s Battle
Brooke Shields has opened up candidly about the postpartum depression that drove her to suicidal thoughts. Accepting an award for depression advocacy in New York City on Monday, the actress spoke about her struggles overcoming the disease.
Though the “Lipstick Jungle” star had struggled through a miscarriage and in vitro fertilization, when daughter Rowan arrived, “I finally had a healthy, beautiful baby girl and I couldn’t look at her,” Brooke said, according to People magazine. “I couldn’t hold her and I couldn’t sing to her and I couldn’t smile at her. All I wanted to do was disappear and die.”
After getting psychiatric help, “I learned what was going on inside my body and what was going on inside my brain,” the former child star said. “I learned I wasn’t doing anything wrong to feel that way, that it was actually out of my control.”
“If I had been diagnosed with any other disease, I would have run to get help,” Brooke said. “I would have worn it like a badge. I didn’t at first, but finally I did fight. I survived.”
And she was brave enough to share her story with others, who now may be inspired to reach out for help.
Shopping Frenzy
Lindsay Lohan has thrown another embarrassing tantrum about money.
On Thursday, the struggling starlet made a paid appearance at the launch of Jermaine Dupri’s new line of watches with jewelry designed by Pascal Mouawad, who offered LiLo a $500 tab at trendy boutique Kitson’s. Ever classy, La Linds haggled that up to $1,000. But even that wasn’t enough for her: She ransacked the store to the tune of $15,000. And when presented with the bill, she declared that “Pascal would take care of it because I’m the only celebrity here.” (Ouch.)
“[Pascal] was totally bewildered and couldn’t believe it,” a source said. “Eventually, Pascal said she could have $2,000 to spend, but that was the absolute limit.”
It gets sadder: Lindsay then suggested to the luckless store employee assisting her that she take the swag gratis and “come in the next day and carry bags out so the paps could take shots.” After unsuccessfully demanding to speak to the store owner, Lindsay eventually stormed out with her $2,000 worth of merchandise.
Does she really think that the publicity engendered from shots of her shopping is worth $13,000?
