The kids aren’t mine: Michael Jackson’s dermatologist told “Good Morning America” that, to the best of his knowledge, he is not the father of Jackson’s children. (AP file photo)

SAN FRANCISCO — Michael Jackson’s dermatologist has squashed speculation that he is the biological father of the late pop star’s children … sort of.

“All I can tell you is, to the best of my knowledge, I am not the father of these children,” Dr. Arnold Klein said Wednesday on “Good Morning America,” in a rather eyebrow-raising choice of words.

Dr. Klein was more emphatic when asked whether he had prescribed Michael a powerful intravenous anesthetic for home use as a sedative.

“I didn’t give him this crap they are talking about,” he declared. “How am I going to prescribe [the anesthetic] Diprivan when I don’t understand how to use it?”

Toxicology tests aren’t in yet, so we’ll have to wait a while before investigators unravel the mystery of what — and possibly who — is responsible for the King of Pop’s death.

K.Stew: Pregnant?

Kristen Stewart is getting a taste of what life as a superstar is like. In other words, she’s already the target of a lurid tabloid cover story alleging that she’s pregnant. Oh, and her “Twilight” costar — and rumored real-life beau — Robert Pattinson is supposedly the father.

An Australian tabloid, the New Weekly, quotes a source saying that when the 19-year-old actress “worked out she was late, she obviously started to thinking that she could be pregnant. And because of the timing, she thinks Rob could be the father.”

Neither Rob nor Kristen has commented officially. However, when a friend informed her of the rumor via Twitter, Kristen reportedly responded with a horrified “You’re [expletive] kidding me!”

We suggest Kristen get used to laughing off these silly stories. If Jennifer Aniston is any indication, she’s going to have to put up with them for the next 20 years.

Bateman’s Battle

We’re used to hearing about child stars getting caught in a downward spiral of drugs and alcohol — but this one comes as a bit of a shocker. Jason Bateman admitted to Details magazine that he abused alcohol and drugs for years.

As he came of age after years of sitcom stardom, Jason recalls, “I’d worked so hard that by the time I was 20, I wanted to play hard. And I did that really well.”

Jennifer Aniston, his costar in the upcoming “The Baster” and a friend for 15 years, recalls the old Jason and says she’s proud of how far he’s come: “Even though he was pretty wild in those days, something about those dimples and that sweet face made you go, ‘Oh, it’s OK that you just drove up the street backwards in a Range Rover with the door wide open.’”

Um, we’re pretty sure that’s not OK. But we’d sure love to hear some of Jason’s stories from back in the day!

Oh Please folks this is just crazy. IF Debbie Row is the bio Mom (clearly she is white) then Dr. Klein (also clearly white) could not be the bio Dad because the kids are barely a shade lighter than Janet Jackson. So IF Klein is the Dad then Debbie is not the Mom and vice versa.
