WNS Holdings receives outsourcing contract from Chiquita Brands International

NEW YORK — India-based outsourcing firm WNS Holdings Ltd. said Monday it received a contract from Chiquita Brands International Inc. to provide finance and accounting services for the produce seller.
Under the multiyear agreement, WNS will provide services to Chiquita's business entities in North America, Europe and Latin America. WNS said the deal marked its entry into the Latin American market.
Terms of the contract, including its value and duration, were not disclosed.
Shares of WNS closed Friday at $15.10. Shares of Chiquita Brands closed at $17.67.
