Abbott Labs rose $.48 or 1.0 percent, to $50.91.
Allergan rose $1.46 or 2.6 percent, to $57.82.
Bard rose $1.25 or 1.7 percent, to $76.99.
Baxter rose $.05 or .1 percent, to $53.97.
Boston Scientific rose $.06 or .8 percent, to $8.05.
Hospira rose $.45 or 1.0 percent, to $45.70.
Johnson & Johnson rose $.59 or 1.0 percent, to $59.52.
Medtronic rose $.56 or 1.6 percent, to $36.55.
St Jude Medical fell $.12 or .3 percent, to $34.49.
Stryker rose $.15 or .3 percent, to $46.73.
Zimmer rose $.72 or 1.4 percent, to $53.15.
