The Green Cross is the first club to go through The City’s new permitting process created last year to regulate the dispensaries. In July, the Planning Commission denied an application from the Green Cross to operate at 2701 Leavenworth St. because of neighbor’s concerns about traffic and potential crime associated with the club. The meeting will be held in City Hall, Room 416, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place.
