The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency will conduct an administrative hearing Friday on the proposal to install 1,300 on-street, four-hour parking space with meters that accept credit cards.
The hearing begins at 10 a.m. at City Hall, Room 416, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place.
