Improvements to the energy infrastructure at Alcatraz, upgrades to trails and roads at Fort Mason, and an assessment of the Presidio’s coastal pathways will be discussed at a public open house tomorrow at Fort Mason that will cover a series of proposed projects in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.

The area is part of the National Park Service, and incorporates large swathes of San Francisco, including the Presidio, Alcatraz, Ocean Beach and Fort Funston.

The meeting Tuesday will be held at the GGNRA’s headquarters at building 201 in Fort Mason. It will last from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
