San Francisco mayoral hopeful John Avalos has the biggest challenge before him yet -- dropping fat beats at The Knockout on Friday night.
Avalos is making a special guest apperance at a popular Mission party dubbed Oldies Night and rumor has it the District 11 supervisor will be playing some choice dance jams for the masses.
Described as a "rad nasty dance party," Oldies Night is regularly attended by the 21- to 35-year-old sect, of the hipster variety. Organizer Primo Pitino is an avid supporter of Avalos and is hoping the evening will help garner favor for the candidate as November fast approaches.
Is DJ Avalos just blowing off some election-related stress with a fun night on the town or is he doing it for the spin vote?
