There’s been a spate of stabbings on Francisco Street.

In seemingly separate attacks, three people have been stabbed on the relatively quiet strip near the tourist-heavy Fisherman’s Wharf the past two weeks.

The latest incident Saturday night involved a 41-year-old man who was stabbed during a brawl at Francisco and Powell streets, police said. The weapon used in the 9:30 p.m. attack was described only as an “unknown object,” cops said. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and no arrests were made, they said.

On Tuesday last week, a 26-year-old man was stabbed around 8 p.m. following an argument with two suspects on Francisco Street between Mason and Taylor streets, police said.

People in a nearby restaurant called for help, and the victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. No arrests were made, they said.

On Aug. 18, an argument between friends near the intersection of Francisco and Taylor streets around 2 p.m. led to the stabbing of a 26-year-old man. The victim was not cooperative with cops after the attack.

His injury was described as a “cut to the shoulder.”
