Love hurts.
An enraged Foster City man who was upset that his girlfriend decided to move out on him unleashed a brutal assault — on himself, cops said.
The bummed boyfriend began “hitting and banging his head into the wall” Monday morning, prompting his girlfriend to call the cops saying he was “freaking out” and she was worried, police said.
The boyfriend eventually calmed down — he left the residence on Foster City Boulevard to cool off for half the day, and when cops assessed him they decided he was not mentally unstable and did not need to be taken into custody for his own protection, police said.
