Kink.com on Tuesday released a statement about the Feb. 1 drug arrest of its CEO, Peter Acworth, in which Acworth himself expresses remorse about the incident.

“While this current attention is regrettable, we will continue our endeavors to be positive contributors to the neighborhood and city of San Francisco,” Acworth said.

While Acworth was arrested on suspicion of possessing cocaine for personal use, police had visited the porn production company’s Armory headquarters after a video surfaced on Facebook depicting Acworth and others firing guns in the building’s basement. No firearm charges were filed.
